Michelle Hanna Fields brings a unique combination of corporate expertise, entrepreneurial passion, and deep community roots to everything she does.
After earning degrees from the University of West Georgia and Columbus State University, Michelle spent 27 years as a mainframe computer programmer for TSYS/Global Payments, INC (Now FIS) building a career defined by precision, problem-solving, and performance. In March 2021, she retired to pursue her true calling: helping people grow.
Today, Michelle is the founder of Fields of Dreams Consulting, LLC, where she serves as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer, Certified DISC Consultant, and Optavia Health Coach. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to strengthen communication, develop self-aware leaders, and create cultures where people genuinely thrive: professionally, personally and physically.
Michelle is also the author of Reflections of God's Grace, a devotional book and journal, and is currently publishing her second book. She has spoken at women's conferences, church services, and community events, and has led Bible studies that have impacted many lives.
A passionate tennis player and dedicated community servant, Michelle has been actively involved with CORTA (Columbus Regional Tennis Association) since 2012, serving as President in 2021 and 2022. She is currently serving her second year of a two-year term as President of USTA Georgia, the state's tennis association.
Michelle also attends Evangel Church, where she serves on the Board of Directors and where she leads two small groups — a women's group and a co-ed singles group alongside her husband.
She is excited to connect with the Greater Columbus business community and bring her passion for growth, leadership, and intentional living to new partnerships.
